EU and Worldwide Postage and discrete plain packaging. Price indicated at checkout for EU countries and for any other area outside the EU.
Delivery schedule
The RollenFurDuschkabinen.Eu dispatches all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. EU orders are sent by Postal service and take up to 5 working days to arrive or Express Postal service and take 1-2 working days to arrive. International orders are sent by Postal Service and take between 7-14 days for delivery. Please feel free to contact us with regard to your delivery at info@rollenfurduschkabinen.eu
Returns and Refunds
According to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling), EU consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a "cooling off period" which lasts 7 days from the day after taking delivery. Cancellation must be in the form of email to info@rollenfurduschkabinen.eu. Goods must reach us within 7 days from the date order was cancelled. If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good condition. You must make sure the goods remain undamaged, unused and in their original sealed packaging. The delivery of the goods to you is a separate contract for services and is not covered by the "cooling off period". 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted before refund is issued. Therefore, any refund made will not include the costs of delivery of the goods to you and re-stocking fee.
