GDPR - Privacy Policy


I. Basic Provisions

III. Legitimate reason and purpose of processing your personal information
1) The legitimate reason for the processing of personal data is
  • performance of the agreement between you and the trustee under Article 6 (1) b) GDPR,
  • A legitimate interest of the manager in providing direct marketing (in particular for sending business messages and newsletters) under Article 6 (1) f) GDPR,
  • Your consent to processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending business messages and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6 (1) a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7 (2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services in the Event of Non-Order of Goods or Services.
2) The purpose of processing personal data is
  • executing your order and performing the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the trustee; When ordering, the personal data necessary for the successful execution of the order (name and address, contact) are required, the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or to fulfill it by the administrator,
  • Sending business messages and doing other marketing activities.
3) No automatic automatic decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR is made by the trustee. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.

IV. Retention time
1) The administrator keeps personal data
  • for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the trustee and the exercise of claims under these contractual relationships (for 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
  • until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, for a maximum of 5 years if the personal data are processed by consent.
2) Upon expiration of the retention period, the administrator will erase personal information.

V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors)
1) The recipients of personal data are persons         
  • involved in the delivery of goods under a sales contract (especially Zasilkovna.cz),
2) An administrator does not intend to pass personal data to a third country (to a non-EU country) or an international organization.

VI. Your Rights
1) Under the terms of the GDPR you have
  • the right of access to your personal data under GDPR Article 15,
  • the right to repair personal data under Article 16 of the GDPR or, where applicable, the processing restrictions under Article 18 GDPR.
  • the right to delete personal information under Article 17 of the GDPR.
  • right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR and
  • The right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR.
  • the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the administrator referred to in Article III of these Terms.
2) You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your privacy has been violated.

VII. Privacy Policy
1) The Administrator declares that he/she has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
2) The administrator has taken technical measures to secure data warehouses and personal data repositories in paper form, in particular password reinforcement, antivirus program, https encryption of websites.
3) The administrator declares that personal data only have access to authorized persons.

VIII. Final provisions
1) By submitting your order from the online order form, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
2) You agree to these terms by ticking your consent via the online form. By confirming your consent, you acknowledge that you are aware of the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
3) The administrator is entitled to change these conditions. A new version of the privacy policy will be published on your website and will send you a new version of these terms and conditions to your e-mail address that you have provided the administrator.
